Travis County Cities Represented

The firm is currently the City Attorney for the City of Sunset Valley and the Village of Volente, and represents other municipalities and governmental entities, either as general counsel or on specific projects. The firm has extensive experience drafting ordinances, resolutions, inter-local government agreements, contracts for public works projects, annexation and extraterritorial jurisdiction agreements and developer agreements.

The firm regularly represents its governmental clients in litigation, much of which involves land use and environmental issues.
